It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that working without a work contract or work visa approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (Ministry of Labor) is illegal because it violates the Immigration and Residence Law.

A person who accepts a visa on a visit is illegally convicted as is the body that employs him, and the possible penalties under the Immigration Act may be imprisonment for a period of "not more than one month".

You will also be unable to file a complaint against the company if it has a violation of the labor law
