It depends on the cause, so treatment may include:

• Stop taking primulot n and using cetrizine 10 mg once daily and prednisone 5 mg twice daily for drup allergy
• Anti-viral as cyclovir cream

Causes of rash and itching:

It may be due to:
Drug allergy as symptoms startes after taking primulot
Viral infection

Symptoms of allergy:

• Itching
• Rash
• odema
• Fever
• Dyspnea

What i advise you?

You have to stop primulot n medication and start taking anti allergica medication.
