We would like to inform you that You may transfer your sponsorship and there is nothing to prevent the transfer of sponsorship. Your sponsorship may be transferred with the consent of the sponsor or without his consent, if requested by the Ministry of Labor. The request for transfer of sponsorship shall be submitted to the General Directorate of Immigration Accompanied by the following documents:

- The original civil card of the previous sponsor and a copy thereof

- The original civil ID of the current sponsor and a copy thereof

- The original civil card of the sponsored person and a copy thereof

- Passport for the sponsored person

- Number of (2) personal photo

- Adoption of the signature and a copy thereof

- Health insurance policy

If the official authorities refuse to transfer your sponsorship or extend your visa, the only legal solution is to file an appeal with the Minister of Interior to allow you to stay in Kuwait.
