What requirements for Italian visa

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that The Visa Application Process are as following:

Step 1

Please ensure you read the security regulation notices before you visit the Visa Application Centre

Step 2

Before applying, please ensure you are clear on your ‘purpose of visit’. Do remember our staff will be available to assist and help you through the entire visa application process. However, the staff are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Please go to the link “Visa Types” for information on the various visa categories

Step 3

Complete your Visa Application Form or download it here and affix your photograph

Step 4

Attach all supporting documents, as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications will not be accepted

Step 5

Schedule an appointment (mandatory)

You are required to book an appointment to visit the Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi to submit your visa application. Please click here to schedule an appointment

The following details are required for appointment booking

Rescheduling an appointment

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment twice and up to 2 working days prior to your scheduled date

Further change in date will be considered as a fresh appointment and a new service charge will be applicable

Cancelling an appointment

If you wish to cancel your appointment, the service charges will not be refunded. Appointments can be cancelled only 2 working days prior to the scheduled date

In order to make a new appointment, a new service charge payment will be applicable

Terms and conditions

The service charges are non-refundable in the following situations and a new appointment will have to be scheduled

If you miss your appointment on the scheduled date

If you are delayed for your appointment and cannot be accommodated on the same day

If your application is incomplete as per the guidelines and the application cannot be accepted

If you decide not to proceed with the application

If you cancel your appointment

Step 6

Organise payment of the visa fees in cash or card (AED), which can be paid in the Visa Application Centre

Submit your application at the VFS Global centre in Abu Dhabi

Passport collection: 09:00 - 17:00

Documents Required

• Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
• Two recent passport size colour photograph (not older than 6 months).
• Photocopies of :

Passport

Applicants UAE Visa

Previous Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Japan visas

• Passport not older than 10 years
• Passport’s validity minimum 90 days from the date of expiry of the requested visa
• Two blank opposite pages
• UAE Visa valid for at least 90 days from the date of expiry of the requested visa
• Covering letter for the applicant detailing purpose of trip, duration of stay and outlining travel itinerary.
• Local sponsor’s letter( N.O.C)* Form B specifying salary
  *If the applicant is a partner of the local company, he has to provide Trade license and Cover Letter
• Proof of Financial means:

Bank Statements of the last 3 months.(Original or copy stamped by the bank).

Pay Slips of the last 3 months

• Return air ticket reservation.
• Confirmed hotel booking or Letter of invitation of the Italian host
• Medical Travel Insurance

Minimum coverage of Euro 30,000

Inclusive of repatriation flight

• For Minors:

Signature of both the parents is required in the Visa application form.

Birth certificate with the parents name, parents passport copy and Air ticket.

If the Minor is travelling unaccompanied affidavit signed by both parents and their passport copy.
