It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that you can transfer the sponsorship of your son from you to his mother by applying to the Directorate General for Residence Affairs with the following documents:
1. Original passport and photographs
2. Copy of the employment contract or salary certificate
3. Copy of the lease contract valid and certified by the municipality
4. Medical examination and validity 3 months over 18 years
5. The residence application must be signed by the sponsor
7. A pledge not to marry a female over 18 years
8. Request for the transfer of a sealed guarantee from the Department of Entry Permit
9. Identity card
