Dear customer, to enter the Repair mode in your windows 7 turn off your laptop then turn it on and keep clicking on F8 key to enter this black Screen choose Repair your Computer

click Next

click on Command Prompt

in the Command Prompt wirte this command : chkdsk c: /r then click Enter

after the Command Prompt finish click on Restart
