Your wife should go to the Polish embassy and apply for family reunification with the following documents:

First: Documents relating to the person residing in Poland:

- passport

- residence permit

- Prove new housing

- Prove the housing area

- Statement of bank account or salary statement to prove financial ability

Second: Documents concerning individuals to be reunited:

Valid passport

National Visa Application Form

- Security approval and approval of communication via e-mail

- Personal Photos

Family entry

- Individual enrollment

- birth certificate

- Proof of language proficiency

After filling out the application and paying the fees on your wife wait until the application is approved
