It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that referring to the law regulating the establishment of expatriates in Qatar, if the expatriate has a work visa, it’s for work purpose and not for other purposes and therefore it prevents any expatriate who has a work visa or study to change the purpose of the visa which granted to him. In other words, you cannot combine between work visas and his student visa
