We would like to inform you that you may check the employment contract to see if it is definite or indefinite at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and you may resign if the contract is indefinite but before that you shall notify the employer a month earlier or as provided in the employment contract, but if the contract is definite you shall adhere to its term and shall follow this so as not to be subjected to the demands of the employer for you to compensate him financially and he may impose a work ban against you in the UAE.
