Gudmorng mam i give money to one person for driving licence in al ahili drving school he took whole money and leave the country but his father working same place nw his father said his son is not under take care so want to be my money back from his father may he soon leave the country

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Law, the criminal complaint in the prosecution shall be related with the debt person as he is an adult then it shall be against him directly not to his father. In order to get your money then you can file a complaint in the nearest police office where you reside and explain the details to force his father to pay the amount.

If his father before give a statement to police that his son is not under take care of him then no problem may be his with him because only i have proofs he did with so many persons they dn’t have proof.they have blood relation may his father with him he is from Pakistan and i give him six thousand
