We would like to inform you that if you have residence in UAE and want to travel to your country and your passport is valid for less than 6 months, then you can leave. But note that you can’t travel unless to your country, as other embassies require valid passport for 6 months at least. Also, you need NOC by the sponsor to be able to travel which is Release Certificate, and that after cancelling the visa by the sponsor or anyone represents him.

As explained in the previous answer, but you can't leave the country without obtaining a departure permit from the sponsor or employer where it is requested in the event of departure and when the passport is stamped to put the visa on the expatriate and this can not be achieved without regret without a work permit.
