We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if the employer violated the work contract with its agreed terms between the worker and the employer.
Article (36)
An employment contract shall particularly specify the date of its conclusion, the date on which work is to begin, the type and place of the work, the duration of the contract, (if definite) and the amount of the wage.
Therefore, if the employer violates the work contract then you can go to the Ministry of Labor and file a complaint then leave the work according to the below article:
Article (121)
The worker may leave work without warning in one of the following cases:
A. If the employer breaches his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
B- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
You may be allowed to change the work without any condition or NOC from the employer.
