Accordingly, the employer shall not withdraw it from the worker or reserve it and refuse to give it. If the employer do such work, he may be subject to legal issues
He have no right to detain and prevent the worker's passport, since the Qatari Labor Law does not provide for holding the worker's passport as a form of guaranteeing the rights of the sponsor, but it set up the relationship between the parties and set the rights and duties and did not give the sponsor this right, which is a statement that the worker can file a complaint against the employer when he doing so
