We would like to inform you that according to the according to the Saudi Residence System, if the sponsor filed an absconding report against the worker, then it can’t be removed as according to the regulations by the Passports Department state:
The requirements to register an absconding report online against the domestic worker:
1- The residence is valid.
2- The report only for one time for every sponsor.
3- The report can’t be cancelled by “ Absher”
4- There is no final exit visa for the worker.
Moreover, the Passports Department confirmed that the absconding report can be canceled only by reviewing the Expats Administration within 15 days of submission, and can not be canceled after this.
So the Passports confirmed that the expat can cancel the report without complicated conditions, as there are four requirements:
Who can not renew residence permits:
· First: expat who exceeded the legal age.
· Second: expat who have been informed of the expiration of their visa period.
· Third: Violator expat and they have reports of escape and absenteeism.
· Fourthly: Unregistered worker.
· Fifth: expat registered a final exit and tried to work again.
