We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Nationality Law on citizenship and sexual status, the law defines cases as follows
Article 6
The nationality of the State may be granted to any Arab who is fully qualified if he has continuously and legally resided in the UAE for a period of not less than seven years and is a direct precedent to the application for naturalization, provided that he has a legitimate means of living, And the Secretariat.
Article 7
The nationality of the State may be granted to any person of full capacity if he has been a permanent and legitimate resident of the UAE since 1940 or before, and has maintained his normal residence until the date of entry into force of this law, has a legitimate means of living, Honesty, and improving the Arabic language.
Article 8
The nationality of the State may be granted to any person who is not mentioned in articles 5 and 6 in full if it has been continuously and legally established in the UAE for at least 30 years, at least twenty years after the entry into force of this law, A good character is not sentenced to a crime that violates honor and honesty, and improves the Arabic language.
Article 9
Citizenship may be granted to any person who has provided great services to the State without being bound by the terms of residence stipulated in the preceding articles. Therefore, if one of these conditions applies to you, you may go to the Ministry of Interior and apply for citizenship. In many cases, the application of the conditions does not mean that you have to be granted citizenship, since the matter is subject to the approval of the Minister of Interior.
