To request for Temporary Work Entry Permit
Service Description
This service allows the customer to apply for Temporary Work Entry Permit to work for a government or Simi government sector
All the residents may apply for this service and sponsor their relatives
This service is provided by the Work Entry Permit Department
Service Requirements
A letter from the company in which the person will temporarily work for, included the name of the person, the period which he intended to work, signed by the authorized signatory and stamped by the company
A copy of the commercial / Trade license (Valid)
A copy of the established certificate of origin (Valid)
A copy of the passport and residency of the current sponsor (Valid)
A copy of the passport of the sponsored, where his residence visa should be valid and an unauthorized to work profession.
A copy of the PRO card
Two (2) photographs for the concerned person
A letter from the sponsor country’s that the company sponsored him has no objection for him to work
Service Terms and Conditions
There is no ban for establishment, where he supposed to work for
The sponsor's valid license in case of a legal entity
This permit may be issued for the following categories - Sponsored in humanitarian basis - Sponsored by their relatives. - Students sponsored by universities and institutes in UAE, who are over the age of 18 years. Sponsored people by government entities People who are working for private institutions and companies, who had been granted work entry permits by General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs - Dubai. People who are working in the free zones. Foreign wives of the GCC citizens, who have residence visa in UAE

Fees for issuance of a Work Entry Permit for (21) days: 110.0 AED
Fees for issuance of a Work Entry Permit for one month: 410.0 AED
Fees for issuance of a Work Entry Permit for (3) months: 610.0 AED
Fees for issuance of a Work Entry Permit for (6) months: 810.0 AED
Fees for issuance of a Work Entry Permit for one year: 1610.0 AED
