This is contrary to the law so that it is necessary to work under the sponsorship of the sponsor and that your separation from him arranges the responsibility for you and is compensated for this matter and compensation is equivalent to half of your wages for the rest of the remaining period of the contract. If the contract is unlimited you have to compensate him by an amount equivalent to three months' wages or less according to the judge's ruling
