We would like to inform you that with regard to the expenses of the employment certificate, it is part of the recruitment procedures to be borne by the employer and not the worker, but in respect of your resignation, if you have no justification, you must compensate the employer for half of your salary for the remaining period provided that the salary does not exceed 3 months and you may be banned from working in the UAE. However, if leaving work is justified because the employer violates the provisions of the Labor Law and the contract, the employer is not entitled to any compensation
