Hi I came to kuwait in 2013(Project visa). I was locally hired by my current employer by 2017 May .Since I got terminated, my current employer looking to send me back to my country. Simply they are not letting me to transfer my residence locally. I have no idea, pls suggest me the appropriate way

We would like to inform you that if you want to change the employer to another, then you have to cancel the old visa and get NOC from the sponsor. If you applied the previous conditions then it may take 60 days for issuing the new visa and 45 days for the Kuwaiti ID.
