Aoa.yesterday i was ask once question about my problem.my kafeel is from taif in taif city ksa.i m in damam city with my friends.i want complaint against kafeel.can i submit here in labour court in damam...or must i go back taif city and complaint there...plz reply

The complaint must be lodged at the sponsor's place of residence for the local jurisdiction according to the law. Therefore, the complaint should not be lodged with the Labor Office in Dammam, otherwise it will not accept the complaint.
