Aslam o alaikum.i m pakistani.i come in saudia at date 24/3/19 on work visa personal driver in taif.i stay with kafeel 30 days.kafeel say me job boklain mashine drive.i can not drive this mashine.i have pakistani motor car licenc.till now kafeel no make iqama.i have pasport with me.i m staying with my friend.i no job.no iqama.how can i go back easy to pakistan.if police arest me so how many days i stay in jail.kafeel want mony 1200 sr..then he send me back pakistan.also i need buy tikat plane.but no mony.plz help me...ramzan4672@gmail.com

We would like to inform you that according to the Saudi Labor Law, if you were brought as a driver then you can’t work other than mentioned in the visa. So we advise to go to the labor office and file a complaint to avoid any legal problem against you. If they prove that the employer forced you then you can leave the work after filing the complaint and you may be granted permit to change the employer without NOC, and you will have the choice whether to look for work or correct the residence or leave and the sponsor doesn’t have the right to ask for any compensation as the sponsor violates the law.

Thank sir..i m satisfie with your answer.i try and go labour court.but you tell me sir this...witch area labour court i submit my aplication.only taif or any city of saudi arabia.because i m in damam city now.this is much fare from taif city.pls inform me about this aplication only.i m thank full to you sir
