We would like to inform you that if you want to terminate the lease, here is the legal information you shall know:

- The lease contract is what determines the duration and way of informing the other party about the desire to terminate the lease contract or not.

- The lease contract may provide that the lessor and the lessee ahall renew the lease if they have not notified the other with the desire to terminate the lease contract before the end of a specified period.

- The rental law did not grant the lessor or the lessee the right to terminate the lease contract suddenly and before the end of its term, otherwise, the other party has the right to claim compensation.

 - There may be a text in your lease that includes a financial fine for the person who arbitrary terminates the lease.
Thus, we recommend:

Reviewing your lease contract and fully adhering to the term relating to notifying the other party of the desire to renew the lease or not.

If you find that your legal position is correct, you can ignore the lessor's request.

If the Lessor has made any violations to the terms of the lease contract, you can lodge a complaint against him at the Dubai Dispute Settlement Committee
