My name is shamaz I m living in Saudi Arabia Jaddeh I have issue with my company actually I had resign from job and according to my resign my last working day was 17 April. But till now company is not giving me transfer or final exitMy question is this that after 17 and till date my salary I'd to be paid by company fully two months as per law because they not give me final or transferSecond question is this they deduct from my salary one customer outstanding amount if legally they can do and if not what I have to do

We would like to inform you that first, with respect to your entitlements, you are fully entitled them and they cannot be dismissed by the employer. Secondly, regarding the deduction from the salary, the employer may deduct from the salary of the worker any amount for the worker's fault. Third, as long as you have submitted your resignation, the employer is entitled to get a compensation if the contract is definite and if it is indefinite, he is entitled to a compensation if not warned by you.

Article 88 of Saudi Labor law stipulates:

Upon the end of the worker’s service, the employer shall pay his wages and settle his entitlements within a maximum period of one week from the date of the end of the contractual relation. If the worker ends the contract, the employer shall settle all his entitlements within a period not exceeding two weeks. The employer may deduct any work-related debt due to him from the worker’s entitlements.
