Welcome! How can I help with your legal question? Good day, I work before in school as electrical maintenance, and my current employer now is also working at the same school and one day he talk to me if I am willing to join with him because he has a project to soon will be open and after my contract in school I join with him, and last July 2018 he give me a visa as a servant because he said his project will be open on October and he will change my visa when his project will open, but for the main time I work in his house to repair all the problems when it comes in maintenance works, but the year end no project is open until February. So I told him to cancel my visa but he told me that he would give me another job after ramadan, so I stay in my room and not report in his house because I’m thinking after ramadan I have work from him and I will report to his home, but I send a message and he reply that I am not allowed to go in his house, and he give my passport to immigration and he file against me a absconding case. I want to ask if what should I do because his no longer respond my call and messages. Thank you
