It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that if you want to travel outside Qatar due to the closure of the company in which you operate, you do not need to get a permit to leave Qatar.
If the employer requests that you be prevented from leaving, you may file an appeal to the competent committee to examine the objected applications for to the travel ban
