We would like to inform you that you shall go to the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship and submit an application for the issuance of an ID card instead of the lost one to be attached to the application:

- The origin of the residence is affixed to the valid passport

- Original valid passport

- Before that, go to any police station and report the loss of your ID card
