Hi one of my friend from Srilanka she is working in dubai 4 years back so when she was working time one year without visa she is working after she left from dubai now 4 years so now she want to come to dubai by visit visa can come it is possible ?

We would like to inform you that If your friend is banned from a work ban, she can return on a visit visa only and can't work. If she is denied a right to enter the UAE, she can't enter the UAE for any reason or any type of visa.
