We would like to inform you that the end of the services is according to the date of the end of the work on the contract not the end date of the visa.

If the contract finished according to the mentioned date on it, then the employer can’t force you to work tell the visa finished.
If the employer violates that, then you can file a complaint in the Human Resources Ministry.
Moreover, after the end of the visa you will have 30 days and a grace period, during that time you can leave UAE or try to get new work contract and apply for new visa.
