We would like to inform you that if the employer violates the terms of the employment contract, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation against the employer. If the complaint ends after investigation, you can request the termination of the employment contract because the employer has violated the employment contract as the UAE Labor Law gave the worker the right to terminate the employment contract if the employer violates the contract of employment.
Here is the text of the UAE Labor Law, concerning your inquiry:
Article 121:

A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:

1-    If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.

2-    If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
