We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to the fact that your employer has sent the salaries to all the accounts of your colleagues at work, you can first review the employer to know the reason for not transferring the money to your account, if you do not get answers that is sufficient and convincing, you can file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources.
If you obtain a ruling from the Labor Court, you will be entitled to a minimum of two months' salaries and you can request to transfer the sponsorship to a new sponsor without the consent of the current employer.
