Thankyou for your response. All cheques are signed as a requirement of my job. However I believe that if a cheque bounces it goes against the signatory of that cheque, so how could the police know that the manager has been replaced? Is there a central register that I can notify to say I have been replaced by "person x"?

Dear Customer,

Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!

We would like to inform you that This type of advice that the employee signs as a guarantee for his work is not considered legal by the employer and you should ask for it and destroy it. I mean here if the check is issued in your name and will be disbursed from your personal account. If you are authorized to sign as soon as you finish your work, the responsibility will be transferred to the person who will take over you

If you have another question, feel free to ask us and we will answer with pleasure.
