Hy mam or sir I have lost my Dubai driving license...

We would like to inform you that you can get new driving license via one of the below ways:

1-      Via the website

-          The customer visits the website and offers a service to re-print driver's license instead of damaged / lost.

-          The customer will receive a temporary driving license via e-mail and he will print it until he receives the new license renewed by:

- Receiving personally from the center of Deira or Al Barsha.

- By post at an additional cost of AED 25.

2-      Via the center or stalls

-          The client provides the required documents.

-          The fines for the driver's license shall be paid at one of the Said Dealers' Centers.

3-      Via the phone

-          The customer will contact the call center and provide RTA with the damaged or lost driver's license number.

-          Fines are paid by credit card.

4-      Via sight examination centers:

-          The client provides the required documents.

-          All violations are subject to driver's license.

-          The customer will receive a temporary driving license via e-mail and he will print it until he receives the new license renewed by:

-          Receiving personally from the center of Deira or Al Barsha.

-          By post at an additional cost of 25 AED

Note: The temporary license must always be kept by the customer when driving to avoid traffic violations.
