Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform you that any jurisdiction reference provided in the contract to the DIFC is considered an arbitration clause so that the parties agree to refer to a non-judicial authority to settle any dispute arising upon the execution of the contract, so this condition is true and there is no legal problem. However, if DIFC refused to discuss the dispute because of non-jurisdiction, then the UAE's judicial system becomes the competent authority to adjudicate the dispute.
Note that this is a general principle, so if the arbitrator fails to resolve the dispute then the jurisdiction of the state will be taken.
