We would like to inform you that The Saudi Labor Law grants the employer the right to terminate the employment contract if the worker is absent from work for 30 separate days or 15 consecutive days in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 of the Saudi Labor Law. If the employer fails to do so, you may file a complaint with the Labor Office in order to obtain all your rights
