Yes it is the drain hose maybe damaged or it is not fixed .
So to fix the problem you have to check the car at a specialist then you may need to remove the dashboard unfortunately to replace the drain hose

اهلا بك مجددا مكان خرطوم التصريف لماء التكييف داخل الطبلون من جهة الراكب بجانب السائق و يكون قريب ثلاجة المكيف evaporator . و على الاغلب انه تالف و بحاجة إلى تغيير و ليس تنظيف . و هذا العمل يحتاج الى وقت و جهد.
