hello madam. i have a doubt . iam from india....
hello madam. i have a doubt . iam from india. presently iam working in saudi arabia. i opened demat account in trading.while opening my account iam not signed.the dealer is the one putting my signature. now inbetween us dispute arised..i want to arise complaint against forgery signature.. can i ? from the beginning he is guiding me out of rules. i have a evidence of whatsap chat.

whatsap chat can take as a evidence.they trade without my knowledge and they lost around 4 lakhs. i complained in particular exchange. but they dismiss my case. reason for that they are telling i gave one email to particular agent that i accept him to trade.that mail he is the one guiding me to send like this . he sent the format through wats app... so thay are using that one as a evidence... that mail around 6 month before sent.they are telling to go for arbitration... if i go arbitration they will consider my proof he is the one guiding me out of rules.... what i should do for next step
