We would like to inform you that if you applied for asylum to the UNHCR and it was not answered, the termination of the residence makes you in breach of the law of residence. Anyway, you have to wait until a decision is made by the UNHCR. If you are asked to leave the United Arab Emirates, you must present the documents confirming that you have applied for asylum to the UNHCR and that you are waiting to respond to the request. You can not be deported or expelled from the country until a decision is issued by the UNHCR.
