How can i open driving licenses file

1. In case of loss of license: Copy of UAE passport / ID card
2. In case of damaged license: Passport copy / UAE ID card + damaged license
Terms and Conditions
1. All information provided by any customer to RTA shall be true and correct, and if any incorrect or misleading information is proven, it shall be treated within the framework of UAE law.
2. Legal action will be taken in case of illegal use of credit card
3. Refund will not be made after payment of service charge
Service charges
1. AED 110 (approx. 110) for lost / damaged driver's license + AED 10 ( 120.0 AED)

If you reside in a UAE visitor visa, you are not allowed to obtain the license but if you have an international license to drive it after obtaining a permit from the General Directorate of Traffic in the UAE
in the UAE from the RTA website www.rta.ae or through its smart application. You can also renew your driving license through any of the seven outlets located in shopping malls or through 17 institutes Of the Driving Education Institutes located throughout Dubai or through nine accredited optics centers in Dubai. Official authorization letter from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates.
- Service Fees
100 AED licence renewal fee
20 AED knowledge and innovation fees
The license renewing delay fees is AED 10 per month, up to a maximum of AED 500.
