I have full insurance on my car from Orient UNB...
I have full insurance on my car from Orient UNB TAKAFUL, which I had purchased from Al Futtaim automall. Somebody had hit my car and I had filed the insurance formalities. They recommended a-garage for me to go to. After I had received the car from the garage after repair, the garage guy told me the insurance company ORIENT UNB TAKAFUL asked him to use 2nd hand and used parts instead of genuine Lexus parts for the repair even though I had a green paper from the police and it wasn’t even my mistake and I’m paying the insurance company fees for full insurance.
