My sons wife is a Russian speaking lawyer from Kyrgyzstan with an MBA at Demir Bishkek speaks 3 languages My son is a USA high school geography teach. Both in there 30 with good income and married for one year. We have family high up in the State Department, but do not exploit connections. My son will have his 3rd interview with State Department in DC in July and was in Peace Corps 3 years. His wife was turned down twice for visitor visa. So we have met in France Morroco Holland and UAE where I work part time. My son had a climbing accident and we are all present in for month for rehab. She was denied visa to USA twice as the computer’ s conclusion she constitutes a flight risk. They are in process of applying for permanent visa. Should we try another visitor visa so she can accompany our son on wheelchair and crutches. Or just screw it as they are very happy with their home and salary in Bishkek.

We would like to inform you that if you applied to USA visa and was rejected, then yes you can apply again but we advise you to find out the rejection reasons to avoid that again. Note that grating visa decision depends on the embassy and no one can force them to do other things. It is clear from your question that you didn’t provide enough guarantees to return. So we advise you to appeal against the rejection during 30 days of the rejection to find out the reasons and you can convince them that you will return if you have residence in UAE, so you can provide letter from your work to prove that you are still working and clarify the salary. So the court of the embassy may edit the decision and grant you visa.
Note that if you were rejected even after appeal, then you can’t apply for visa again unless after 3 months\90 days and you have to avoid the rejection reasons.
