And exploring all the required documents and fees, you have then to follow this steps
Step 1

Please ensure you read the security regulation notices before you visit the Visa Application Centre

Step 2

Before applying, please ensure you are clear on your ‘purpose of visit’. Do remember our staff will be available to assist and help you through the entire visa application process. However, the staff are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Please go to the link “Visa Types” for information on the various visa categories

Step 3

Complete your Visa Application Form or download it here and affix your photograph

Step 4

Attach all supporting documents, as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications will not be accepted

Step 5

Schedule an appointment (mandatory)

You are required to book an appointment to visit the Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi to submit your visa application. Please click here to schedule an appointment

The following details are required for appointment booking

Rescheduling an appointment

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment twice and up to 2 working days prior to your scheduled date

Further change in date will be considered as a fresh appointment and a new service charge will be applicable

Cancelling an appointment

If you wish to cancel your appointment, the service charges will not be refunded. Appointments can be cancelled only 2 working days prior to the scheduled date

In order to make a new appointment, a new service charge payment will be applicable

Terms and conditions

The service charges are non-refundable in the following situations and a new appointment will have to be scheduled

If you miss your appointment on the scheduled date

If you are delayed for your appointment and cannot be accommodated on the same day

If your application is incomplete as per the guidelines and the application cannot be accepted

If you decide not to proceed with the application

If you cancel your appointment

Step 6

Organise payment of the visa fees in cash or card (AED), which can be paid in the Visa Application Centre

Submit your application at the VFS Global centre in Abu Dhabi
