We would like to inform you that although your query is not clear, we point out that it is not possible to work in the UAE for other than the sponsor. The sponsor must provide a contract, visa and health insurance for the worker. And that the employer must pay the salary stipulated in the contract in time. If the employer fails to pay the salary on time, the worker can file a complaint at the Ministry of Resources for Human Resources which will examine the complaint and issue the appropriate decision.
