Hello Mr.Yahya, I hope you well and you able to help me. I was stopped at the airport yesterday due to a rental dispute with Nakheel 1 year ago. Dispute details: We evacuated out villa 2 or 3 weeks after our contract has ended , we have proove of evacuation and conversation. We didn't accept to sign the release document as their home maintenance supplier has evaluated the fixing a ridiculous amount and we asked for another party evaluation that never happened. We left the day after to Europe for 3 months and sent email to Nakheel to update us also I forming them that we evacuated and all keys were left at the kitchen of the appartment . Nakheel never answered our email and our neighbours have reported to us tones of legal notices that they kept providing knowing that we have left and after evaluation of the villa maintenance status. We received messages from rental dispute center called and never succeeded to get hold of anyone while our deposit was fully taken by Nakheel. Yesterday I was stopped at the airport like a criminal and was told that there is a notice to arrest me , the evaluation was 9k and my deposit 5k . The police station has mentioned an amount of 46K criminal case, I was kept in the country and have to go to the judge after Eid . Please advise as an expect I am extremely worried and really don't know what to do. Regards , Will
