We would like to inform you that in accordance with the Ministerial Decision No. 178 of 2017 on the rules and procedures of traffic control, the fine for driving vehicle under the influence of alcohol is determined by the court according to the circumstances of the case which is 23 traffic points and the seizure of the vehicle for 60 days.
