I want to know what to do or what kind of move I...
I want to know what to do or what kind of move I need to do because my company giving us 13hrs duty a day and they will not pay our overtime since this is ramadan time.

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to working hours and overtime:
Article 35 states as follows:
1-working hours must not exceed 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week for adult workers. The month of Ramadan is exempt as working hours shall not exceed 6 hours per day and 36 hours per week. For daily laborers working hours shall not exceed 8 hours per day, except Ramadan as it should not exceed 6 hours per day.
2-the time spent by the worker in moving from his residence to the work place shall not be included in working hours.
Article 36
1-when the working hours increases for more than normal working hours as mentioned in article 35, this increase is considered as overtime, equal to the basic wage in addition to 25% of that wage.
2-who works at night between 9 and 3 am shall be paid the basic wage for normal working hours in addition to an increase of 50% , except for the daily workers.
3-the actual working hours must not exceed 10 hours in the day unless the work is necessary to avoid lost or accidents, or repair the establishment.
** In case of the violation you can go to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and complain
