We would like to inform you that In the event of a lawsuit between you and the landlord due to rental problems, you will not be allowed to travel until after the case is finalized and you will be fined for the duration of the stay. You should review the general residence administration and explain to them that you are prohibited from leaving the UAE due to a rental issue and you have to ask the General Directorate to stay for an additional period until the case is resolved.
Regarding to your inquiry, if the employer places his workers in places that do not comply with the conditions of the Ministry of Labor concerning the housing of the workers, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor against the employer regarding the lack of suitable housing according to the conditions of the Ministry of Labor

Thank you for your reply, Regarding my Visa: Your answer is very clear thank you but are the open in Eid ? My Visa expired 3 days ago Regarding accommodation: The villa is under my name and the contract under my name with a fight directly with Nakheel. I couldn't travel and my status is wanted at the police station , my deposit cheque taken was 5k and I stayed 2 weeks after the end of my contract then the evaluation of painting was 9k which I didn't accept as the painting and small things to fix wouldn't go over 3k .I left the country a year ago and this case was activated only last with an amount of 46kaed which I found weird .Emirates : Dubai Thanks,Will

We also recommend that you negotiate with the lessor to end the case as soon as possible so that you can travel and return freely without any objections from the airport police because of this case

How do I negotiate with the lessor? Will I have to pay a fine of 5000aes anyway regardless case/decision ? Current status on the Dubai police is to arrest me but obviously they didn't and didn't even keep my passport at the station ...Thanks

The rent and contract was under my wife + she also had debts . . I am willingly ready to release her name and setup an installment plan to cover them ! Could you please advise me what are the exact steps for it ?

I went to Nakheel and Rira, I just found that they never stopped the rent even after I left and have all prooves of evacuation . Rita said that I should do an objection letter and explain all, could you please advise on how I can make this document ?

If you want a very quick solution, negotiating with the lessor in order to reduce the amount required in return for waiver of the case is a quick one. If you want the usual solution, you may wait for the court judgment and then pay the amount that will be judged by the judge.
