Good morning.I have unpaid bills on zain...their...
Good morning.I have unpaid bills on zain...their collection agent called me a.lot of times..and telling they will.file a police complaint and i will get arrested...is it possible to get an arrest warrant.is that a criminal offence? Or a civ.case they will file...im not escaping from my debt.they just dont want to agree on a settlement.they want the full amount..thanks and have a good day

Not yet they just saying it yesterday was my ultimatum they said..and they will file the police case against me today..thats what they say

What actions can i take also...and how long will it takes before a case will be heard on court..they are also trying to tell me theu will file a case on court.all sorts of threat just to make me pay the full amount

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to the Bahraini law, if the case is against you it considered a civil case and not a criminal case, and therefore it has been refused to settle with them, and the bank has registered a financial claim, you shall apply for installment of the accumulated arrears according to your personal abilities and to pay it in monthly installments in order to avoid punishment or imprisonment.
As for the period related to file a lawsuit, the announcement, notified you and the judgment issued, it does not take long time and this lawsuit related to the financial claim of short-term claims
