Conditions for the transfer of a tourist visa to a residence in UAE:

A-valid passport for at least six months and an entry or work visa.
-Payment of AED 555 as an alternative to departure.
-Transfer your sponsorship from the tourist sponsor to the work sponsor or the company or institution that you want it.
