The accused or his/her legal representative may apply online to public services section at the criminal affairs department to lift the travel ban issued by the Public Prosecution against the notice – related person.

Online Instructions

• Enter the PIN and Mobile no. registered on the notice at the public prosecution, and get the password to be received on the registered mobile no.
• Choose the required notice, then travel ban lifting, and fill out the required fields.
• Attach a copy of the ID or power of attorney.

Offline Instructions

• Attend in person to the public services section at the public prosecution building.
• Fill out the paper form.
• Attach the above-mentioned documents.

This service takes 3 days to be completed.

The offline applications have to be submitted during the official working hours of the public prosecution's public services section (8:00 am to 1:30 pm).
