We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwait Labor Law:

Article 25

The pregnant woman is entitled to a leave of absence of up to 30 days prior and 40 days after getting birth. The worker may be suspended from work after this period without pay for a maximum of 100 continuous or intermittent days due to illness that is proven by a medical certificate as a result of pregnancy and childbirth.

Article 26

The worker's right to annual leave shall be waived if the privileges guaranteed by Article 25 are reported.

There is no leave for paternity
